CINCINNATI BELTING & TRANSMISSION COMPANY (CBT)

Background
Founded in 1921, CBT is Greater Cincinnati’s leading supplier of electrical and mechanical products and has two full service distribution centers with 115 employees to serve the Cincinnati and Dayton marketplaces.

Challenge
CBT had 6 dot matrix printers to produce a variety of reports and recognized the cost of producing these documents was excessive. Also, they were using several desktop printers that were very slow and had high costs to operate.

Solution
Donnellon McCarthy installed 6 high speed network printers that provided better quality, faster speed, and much lower costs to produce CBT’s documents. Since the new units have been installed CBT now has a single vendor to call for on-site service and supplies, control of their printers’ costs, and experienced a significant cost savings.
