Neyer Properties

Background
For more than a century, the Neyer name has been recognized as the leader in quality craftsmanship of commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings throughout Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

Challenge
Neyer had two copiers from a local copy vendor that were not connected to the network and were not meeting the company’s needs. Employees had to endure a labor intensive process to produce critical documents. Neyer also was forced to produce numerous copies of documents for filing purposes.

Solution
Donnellon McCarthy installed two connected devices to provide both color and black and white output. Critical documents can now be produced in a more efficient manner, without all of the manual labor. Since the equipment is now attached to the network, documents can now be scanned and filed electronically, reducing the need for valuable filing space.
