Carry-in/Warranty Service

Donnellon McCarthy, Inc has been certified as an authorized service facility (ASF) for Canon Personal Imaging Systems Group. The PISG product line includes Canon Bubble-Jet printers, Canon Faxphone, Canon Multipass, Canon Canoscan Scanners and digital cameras.

As an ASF, Donnellon McCarthy will perform warranty as well as non-warranty repair. The consumer can bring or ship the equipment in need of repair to 4141 Turrill St. The turn around process to repair or exchange will take about 3 days.
